The launch waitlist
Joining the launch list is voluntary. We use your email address, selected language, registration date and consent/confirmation record for the verification email and requested launch notification. Worker and site counts help us prepare TiraNote for prospective teams. Your address is not sold or shared for advertising. You can withdraw your consent through the email’s unsubscribe link; confirming withdrawal deletes the registration. Your verification link expires after 48 hours. Duplicate registrations do not send another email.
Website operation & cookies
Technical data may include your IP address, browser information and security logs where these are actually collected. Purpose, legal basis and log duration: Coming soon. Any non-essential tracking requires a choice before it is activated.
Cookies and preferences
This frontend uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Clicking “Got it” stores your acknowledgement in the functional cookie “tiranote_privacy_notice” for 180 days, without a personal identifier. It applies to all pages and languages on this site. You can delete it in your browser settings; the notice will then appear again. Any future optional trackers will require a prior choice.
Providers & retention
Website hosting: OVHcloud, on a VPS in the United Kingdom. Resend delivers our verification and launch emails. Registrations expire after 365 days and are deleted earlier if you unsubscribe. Security-log retention and remaining provider details are being finalized.
Your choices & rights
Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Contact Coming soon. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand.

Employee clocking data is distinct from the website waitlist. The employer’s and TiraNote’s respective roles, processing agreement, providers and retention rules will be documented before production use. Employees should contact their employer about their attendance records.
